Minimum stay is 1 week. Rates in Canadian dollars for 1 to 9 persons. Rates subject to changes without notice. Lodging tax of 2$ a night included. GST and PST non applicable. Payment methods : - Visa or Master Card credit card - Interac email money transfer - Desjardins Money transfer between individuals - Cheque ou money order A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only when the deposit is received. Balance is due 7 days before arrival date. A damage deposit is required on a credit card. Cancellation policy : - More than 60 days before arrival date : No fees (deposit completely refunded). - Between 31 and 60 days before arrival date : Half the 25% deposit will be refunded. - Between 7 and 30 days before arrival date : Deposit will not be refunded. - Less than 7 days before arrival date : The full amount of the booking will be required. However, this amount is limited to 2 weeks for bookings longer than 2 weeks.
